Inspection & cleaning rates:
When the times comes for you to schedule a chimney
inspection and/or cleaning the appointment will work
like this: If our technicians find in their inspection that your chimney is in need of a sweep they will clean it on site for the additional cleaning fee. If they find that your system meets all guidelines and does not require a cleaning they will provide you with an inspection report that indicates you are not in need of a cleaning and you only pay the inspection rate. For homes with more than one appliance, you will receive a discount for any additional inspection and/or cleaning.
Chimney Cleaning- $25.00
Chimney Inspection- $50.00
Second Chimney Inspection- $25.00
Second Chimney Cleaning- $25.00
Gas Service Rates:
When a gas appliance is in need of a tune up or a problem presents itself our technitians will come out to your home and do their very best to repair the problem.
Gas Service Call- $75.00

Pellet Service Rates:
We recommend that all pellet appliances be services annually. This service covers the stove body, general operations, and venting components.
